then the game will have absolutely no replay value. oh. im sure you overestimate the size of the customer base when you say 200 - 300 thousand people will quit. even that already represents a substantial chunk of this game's player base. you think they can survive with their current business model with only less than half the active people buying the next chapter?

don't delude yourself with the 2 million accounts press release in Factions, that includes the 1 million who already have Prophesies and may have bought Factions, thus 2 sales in one account. accounts with multiple chapters count for multiple sales but its still just one account.

I found the last areas pretty difficult with my monk because I could not take an active role in finishing off those enemies using call to torment. Also, I spent my money buffing the heroes on other characters (giving them optimal runes, insignias, and weapons), so the heroes on my monk were not as good. I can imagine that it would be extremely difficult for casual players simply because they won't have many skills unlocked, and their heroes would really suck. Their only option would be to team with other players, butit is still difficult finding good PuGs because most of the better players found a way to hench/hero through it.
